All products on Tail of Palu are sold as one-time purchases. We do not require a subscription, membership, or recurring billing to complete checkout. Optional newsletter signup is separate and never required to buy.

• Prices shown on product pages are the price you pay for that single order.
• We do not enroll you in auto-ship or auto-renew programs unless you explicitly opt in to a future feature we announce separately.
• You may checkout as a guest or with an account — neither requires ongoing fees.

4. Orders and Pricing

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; our agreement is finalized when your order ships.
• All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service.

5. Payment

Payment is required at checkout. By providing your payment details, you authorize our payment processors to charge the total amount. Orders flagged for fraud may be canceled.

6. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you pay: $7.99 standard (free on orders over $99), or expedited options as listed. See our Shipping Policy for full rates.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Due to the nature of pet food and wellness items, we must adhere strictly to these policies.

8. Product Quality

Tail of Palu products are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it per our return policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tail of Palu assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability regarding any specific transaction shall never exceed the purchase price.
